They are situated in the peaceful scenic area of Akbuk, at the base of a mountain with sea views to the front of the complex, which is three minutes drive from the beach, and 15 minutes from the town of Altinkum on the Aegean coast of Turkey, which can be reached by the local bus service that runs every 20 minutes from early morning to late at night..

The large bay along the sea-front (approximately 6km), is lined with trees and straight ahead of you there are fantastic views of Bodrum peninsula.  To the right you will find Akbuk's little harbour.  From the beach looking north, you have beautiful views of green mountains that cradle the village and bay of Akbuk.  The beach is dotted with sandy coves that lend themselves to sunny days of sunbathing.  There are plenty of restaurants nearby, with fantastic views of the bay overlooking the Aegean Sea where you and your family can relax and watch the sunset as you enjoy your evening meal.  There are some bars and discos nearby if you feel like a drink or dancing the night away.  Shopping for groceries, you will find mini-markets and under cover markets again only a few minutes walk away.

It has a separate fully fitted quality kitchen with a serving hatch and bar through to the living room.  The kitchen has a large window with mountain views and patio doors onto a large terrace.

Kitchen balcony has an outside barbecue area.  The spacious living room has patio doors onto another large patio.

There is a WC – washroom on the ground floor.  All Villas will have satellite and telephone points and a safety deposit box.

FIRST FLOOR

There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.  All bedrooms have large balconies.

There is an additional bathroom with a Jacuzzi.  A separate laundry room.

SECOND FLOOR

Here is a large guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet.

Patio doors onto large sun terrace.  All rooms have sea or mountain views.

All rooms will have air-conditioning and double glazed PVC windows.  All Villas will have an alarm system.
