Superb building plot with planning.

This is a beautifully situated plot which previously had a building on it (so no new planning permission required).  The upper part of the plot is flat and is inside the regulated building area ('regulatsia').  This is large enough for a substantial 3 bedroom house with garage.  Note that this is a conservation area so any new building would be expected to blend in with the character of the village.  The rest of the land slopes downwards and faces south, giving superb views over the mountains and into Turkey.  It also means that it can be terraced for all sorts of purposes: to install a swimming pool, as a terraced garden, as vineyards etc or just left as a great pieces of land for the kids to sleigh or ski down in the winter.

The village itself is stunning, set among oak and beech forests and looking like something out of ancient times.  There is a cafe/shop (very strange!) and a totally irregular bus service to Ahtopol. Fifteen minutes by car to the coast, 330 kilometres to Istanbul, 200 kilometres to the mediterranean.  This is also the main migration path for birds flying into Eorope from Africa and Asia.  All in all a stunning place in which to live.
