This house is a twin to a luxury conversion featured on Channel 4 and is in a similar condition to that one was befor restoration. You will need to spend some money on it. How much depends on what you want to do with it but we reckon you could end up with a pretty good four bedroom house for around 70,000 euros (including the purchase price of the property).
