Four bedroom detached house in a village in the midst of the Strandzha National Park with good sized grounds.

Bulgari village is a short drive from the coast and the town of Ahtopol. It is surrounded by unspoilt beech and oak forests (plenty of fuel in the winter!) which are excellent for hiking. Hunting for deer and wild boar is permitted under controlled conditions.

The village is in the centre of the spring bird migrations from Africa and Asia into Europe and is the summer nesting ground for storks. Bulgari is famous for its fire dancers who perform as part of a religious festival every June. This is a tight-knit, welcoming community. The sons and daughters of the villagers tend to be professional people living in the nearby towns who retain residences in the village because of its beauty and character.
