Four bedroom detached house in a village in the midst of the Strandzha National Park with good sized grounds. The property will be entirely renovated and converted to give all modern comforts whilst retaining its traditional Bulgarian character. Central heating and air conditioning are included. Metalled roads give vehicular access to the property. The roads are open all year. The house is on two floors, with the main entrance from the road onto the upper floor. There will be a large dining area and a fully fitted kitchen downstairs leading directly into the garden and covered area outside. Upstairs boasts four good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom will have an en-suite bathroom and an extensive terrace with panoramic views; this doubles as a shady downstairs seating area. There is a separate shower room, WC and laundry area. The property itself stands in about 685 square metres of land (subject to survey). It has a southern exposure and stands in an elevated position with a beautiful uninterrupted view over the Strandzha mountains towards the Turkish border. The property boasts several fruit trees, though these are in need of some tender loving care. There is a pergola with several vines. The village is in the centre of the spring bird migrations from Africa and Asia into Europe and is the summer nesting ground for storks. Bulgari is famous for its fire dancers who perform as part of a religious festival every June. This is a tight-knit, welcoming community. The sons and daughters of the villagers tend to be professional people living in the nearby towns who retain residences in the village because of its beauty and character. You can expect warm summers, an early spring and snow in the winter. Ahtopol and beaches 20 minutes (15 km) GROUND FLOOR FIRST FLOOR Services |
