This is a delightful property set in the foothills of the Sredna Gora mountains yet only 50 minutes from the sea and glorious sandy beaches. Set in the "English quarter" of this thriving village it is in one of the quietest locations on the banks of a stream (though raised well above it, so no likelihood of flooding. Renovation plans have not yet been finalised, so plenty of opportunity to influence the final design alongside our architectural team or to simply ignore us completely and do your own thing! Outline plans envisage four good bedrooms, at least two bathrooms (on-suite if you prefer), fitted kitchen, outside kitchen, garage, barbecue etc. The house has been lived in until fairly recently and is structurally sound. Even so, we would advise that modern drainage should be installed together with a good bathroom.
