ABOUT BULGARIA: Purchasing Property

  1. You express interest in one, or several properties.
  2. You visit the properties. An Orpheus Properties representative will show you the properties and the surrounding area.
  3. Agree to purchase.
  4. Pay a 10% deposit. This is non-refundable, but is transferable to a friend or relative.
  5. The purchase date is set.
  6. 40% of the purchase price is lodged with Orpheus Properties' client funds account. This is refundable if the purchase does not proceed for any reason.
  7. You fly to Bulgaria  and sign for your purchase paying the outstanding 50% with a bank draft.
  8. The property is now all yours!
