DIRECTOR
Tony Warner A qualified project manager, Tony balances the requirements of the client against the practicalities of Bulgarian law and work practices to ensure a quality service to all our customers.

SECRETARY
Zheni Warner At the hub of the organisation, Zheni acts as translator and organiser as well as bringing to bear her expertise as a visual artist on the finishing work of all our houses.

ARCHITECT
Nikola Maslarov Graduated as an architect from Sofia University and worked for several years as a conservation architect in Bulgaria. Now has an architecture practise in Belgium and Luxembourg as well as being a member of the Bulgarian Architectural Association.

MARKETING
Dmitri Warner Degree in Product Design from Kingston University, now a professional product designer based in London. Responsible for internal design of our properties.

PROJECT MANAGER
Stoyan Buchvarov Our resident site manager, Stoyan looks after all the building work as well as conducting clients around the various properties. Our own Mr. Fix-it!
